Our Spring Pottery Intensive Workshop Series is designed for intermediate to advanced pottery enthusiasts who want to deepen their skills and knowledge. Over three intensive days, you'll work alongside master potter Eleanor Hartwell and our experienced team, including studio director Ria Harman, to explore advanced techniques and push your creative boundaries. **What You'll Learn:** - Advanced wheel throwing techniques for larger, more complex forms - Professional glazing methods and color theory - Kiln firing processes including reduction and oxidation techniques - Surface decoration and finishing methods - Pottery troubleshooting and problem-solving **Workshop Schedule:** - Day 1: Advanced wheel work and form development - Day 2: Glazing techniques and surface treatments - Day 3: Kiln firing and finishing touches **What's Included:** - All materials and tools - Professional instruction - Kiln firing for all pieces - Light refreshments and lunch each day - Take-home pottery pieces This intensive workshop is limited to 8 participants to ensure personalized attention and guidance.
